Scarface (Brad Jordan)

 Brad Jordan, known as Scarface, was born in New Jersey on the 9th of November in 1970 but then moved to Houston, Texas at an early age. Scarface’s first appearance was as a member of the Geto Boys and then going solo in 1991 and becoming a successful rapper and getting signed onto Rap-A-Lot records. He got his name from the popular film “Scarface” as he said it resembled him and his life in many ways which led him to release his first album Mr Scarface Is Back which was huge success making him known worldwide. Scarface has also had dealings with Def Jam and became there coordinator and president in the year 2002. The internationally known rapper Ludacris’ success originated from Brad signing him up with Def Jam records. After the differences with Rap-A-Lot, Scarface said that he would never produce solo material again since his last release in 2002, “The Fix” but he didn’t rule out the fact of appearing on other artists tracks in the future and he has gone into the production side of music.
