Dr Dre was born on February 18, 1965 in Los Angeles, California. Andre Young is the founder and CEO of Aftermath Records and was formerly part owner and artist at Death Row Records. Dr Dre was a founding member of the notorious rap group N.W.A. Focusing more on production in his later years, Andre has produced successful albums for Snoop Dogg, Obie Trice, Eminem, The Game, Nate Dogg, Rakim, 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, and Eve. Dr Dre’s parents divorced and his mother eventually married a man named Warren Griffen III, the father of rapper Warren G.
